Cement Mixer

When bone cement needs to be implanted during an operation, the XeliteMed Cement Mixer can be used as a tool for mixing bone cement.

  1. Fold the paper side of Tyvek bag in to a spout and pour all the powder into the mixer.
  2. Open the ampoule and pour all the liquid into the mixer.
  3. Screw the luer-lock cap and the mixer together carefully.
  4. Shake the mixer for 20-30 seconds to mix the powder and liquid thoroughly. Pause and observe the bottom of the mixer to ensure that there is no unmixed powder.
  5. Remove the top cover of luer-lock cap and connect the injector to the mixer.
  6. Turn the mixer upside down and transfer the bone cement into the injector.

  1. XeliteMed Cement Mixer is designed for mixing XeliteMed BondFix Bone Cement. For mixing other bone cements, users must judge whether they can be mixed well and stirred evenly.

  2. Do not re-sterilize. Single use only.

  3. Store below 25°C. Do not use the mixer after the expiration date.
