Bone Graft Substitute
XeliteMed CeraMatrix Bone Graft Substitute is a resorbable calcium salt void filler intended to fill bony voids or gaps caused by trauma or surgery. The interconnected porous structure of CeraMatrix acts as an osteoconductive matrix for the ingrowth of bone cells and blood vessels and the porosity of CeraMatrix is more than 70%. CeraMatrix is absorbed and gradually remodeled into the host bone during the healing process.
CeraMatrix is an implant intended to fill bony voids or gaps of the skeletal system and is not intrinsic to the stability of the bony structure. These osseous defects are surgically created or the result of traumatic injury to the bone. The proper specification according to the shape and size of bone defect must be selected.
β-TCP, beta-tricalcium phosphate
CeraMatrix should be stored at a temperature of 25°C maximum and in a clean, dry environment and be protected from sunlight.
CeraMatrix should not be resterilized. CeraMatrix can be considered sterile unless the inner packaging has been opened or damaged.
Do not use the product after the expiration date.
